Meet The Team
Ali EI Arbid
FounderAli founded Vero Diamonds after nearly 20 years in the jewelry industry. He's a GIA Graduate Gemologist, and spent time at GIA's Bangkok and New York campuses, where he got exposed to different aspects of the business. Most of his career was in retail, which taught him what works and what doesn't when couples are choosing rings. He built Vero to focus on what matters: transparent sourcing, in-house manufacturing, and long-term relationships with clients in Ottawa.
Constantin Gorbachuck
Goldsmith ExtraordinaireConstantin brings 27 years of experience to Vero as both goldsmith and diamond setter. He's a decision-maker and advisor, shaping how the studio approaches complex work and long-term strategy. His hands do the precise work, but his voice guides the process. When it comes to manufacturing and craftsmanship, Constantin is an executive voice at the table.
Davud Fijuljanin
CAD DesignerDavud is Vero's CAD designer, working remotely from Serbia. What started as a contract relationship became a full-time role his design work is that integral to how the studio operates. He translates ideas into detailed renders, often creating multiple versions so clients can see their options before anything is made. His technical skill and design instincts make him a trusted advisor on every custom project.
