We know a proposal isn't something you refer lightly! Here's everything we think you'd want to know before you do.
How do you know someone came from me?
We ask every client how they found us. If they mention your name, we write it down. That's the whole mechanism.
Will my friend know I referred them?
That's completely up to you. Some clients tell their friend right away, others let us bring it up naturally when we reach out. Either way, we'll never mention your name unless you're comfortable with it. If you would like to remain anonymous, please let us know.
When do I actually receive the $300?
Once your friend's proposal has happened, not before. We think the best thank-you's come after the celebration's already started, and it also means your referral (and their big news) stays completely private until they're ready to share it themselves.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
Not at all. If you've got more than one individual thinking about a proposal, we'd love an introduction to each of them. And yes, that means more than one $300 thank you!
What if the person I'm thinking of isn't ready yet, or just starting to think about it?
That's exactly who this is for. We're happy to have a no-pressure conversation with anyone at any stage. From "just starting to look" to "ring shopping this weekend."
The Rules
A few specifics, so nobody's caught out. We hold to these.
The program began on September 9, 2026.
Anything purchased before that date isn't part of it. If you sent someone our way before then, thank you, dearly. We wouldn't be where we are without you.
The person referring has to be a Vero client.
Someone we've made a ring with.
One thank you per referral.
If more than one name comes up, we'll ask which one to thank.
The $300 comes after the proposal, never before.
We'll reach out to you. There's nothing to chase on your end.
