Lifetime Wear and Tear Service
Wear and tear is part of your ring's life. We're here for all of it. All of our services are done while you wait, in the same workshop where your ring was made.
Sizing
Every finger is unique. We size your ring while you wait, precisely adjusted by the same team that made it, in the same workshop.
Polishing
Daily wear leaves its mark. We'll restore your ring's finish to like-new condition. Same session, same workshop.
Rhodium Plating
Certain materials naturally wear through its rhodium layer over time. We re-plate it to bring back that bright, white finish.
Prong Tightening
Loose prongs can be problematic. We check and tighten prongs to keep your stones secure. Done while you wait.
Diamond Replacement
If a side diamond or gemstone works its way loose, we replace it. Same quality, matched to your original setting.
Damage and Repairs
If something gets accidentally damaged, bent, chipped or scratched, bring it in and we'll assess and repair it on the spot.*
Annual Cleaning
Booked online, done in 10 to 15 minutes, no charge. We inspect your ring and flag anything that needs attention.
No Drop-Offs
Everything is done in the same workshop where your ring was made. Book a time, come in and leave with your ring. No two-week wait.

Caring for Your Ring
Your ring is made to last, but it still needs care. Remove it during heavy lifting or physical activity. Occasionally press your nail against the stone; if anything shifts or feels loose, book a time and come in.
Loosen the Buildup
Submerge your ring in rubbing alcohol and give it a gentle swirl. This breaks down oils, lotions, and everyday residue that dulls your stone.
Brush Around the Stones
Using a soft brush and warm water, gently scrub around and beneath the stones. This clears out anything loosened without scratching the setting.
Annual cleaning and inspection.
Booked at our studio, takes 10–15 minutes, and gives you peace of mind. No obligation, no sign-in. Just come in.
Insurance Appraisals
Insurance appraisals are included for life. We update your appraisal whenever your provider asks, so your coverage always reflects your ring's current value.
